How to obtain a Boarding Pass Card
- All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to qualify for membership in the Boarding Pass program at participating locations.
- Members may sign up at Rewards Centers, Player Services or New Sign Up Kiosks located at participating locations.
- Photo identification, acceptable to Station Casinos, will be required for membership registration, activation, point redemptions and for obtaining any information with respect to a Boarding Pass account.
- Acceptable forms of photo identification are as follows: state-issued driver’s license, state-issued ID card, government-issued passport, military ID, or a government-issued green card.
Boarding Pass Points
- Boarding Pass points are earned by members at participating locations in accordance with their gaming activity and the amount of Boarding Pass points earned will vary depending on the model of the gaming device played, or, if applicable, select live game play. Station Casinos may revise the method for earning points in its sole discretion for either individual Boarding Pass members or all Boarding Pass members. The current schedule for earning points on cash or credit spend is available below:
- a. Earn one (1) base point for every $2 of coin-in on video poker and multi-game boxes, video blackjack and electronic table games unless otherwise designated.
- b. Earn one (1) base point for every $1 of coin-in on video reel, reel slot and stand-alone keno unless otherwise designated.
- c. Earn zero (0) base point on designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack and electronic table games.
- d. Earn one (1) base point for every $1 in wagers for sports straight bets, sports parlay, sports teaser, sports parlay card and in-house race play.
- e. Earn twenty (20) base points for every $1 in wagers for WPS pari-mutuel race, exotic pari-mutuel race, IPT pari-mutuel race and phone pari-mutuel race.
- f. Earn five (5) base points for every $1 in bingo wagers.
- g. Earn fifteen (15) base points for every $1 in keno wagers.
- h. Earn one thousand (1,000) base points for every one hour of live poker play.
- All points in an account that have not been redeemed may be subject to forfeiture if no gaming activity has occurred on the account based on the following rules:
- a. Points are redeemable for at least 179 days from the date they were earned for local accounts with Gold and Preferred status.
- b. Points are redeemable for at least 395 days from the date they were earned for local accounts with Chairman, President and Platinum status and all out of town accounts.

- Local account is defined as an account where Boarding Pass member has a current address updated in their account and are a Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City or Pahrump resident.
- Any gaming transactions where your Boarding Pass is used to earn points on designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack, electronic table games, bingo, race, keno, sports and live poker may qualify as gaming activity. Station Casinos may revise the method for earning points in its sole discretion for either individual Boarding Pass members or all Boarding Pass members.

- The Boarding Pass card must be inserted in a slot machine’s card reader to record play and earn points. The Boarding Pass card bezel must be solid green to accurately record points. If the card reader displays “please re-insert”, the reader is no longer recording machine play. The card must then be removed and re-inserted to work properly. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that when playing with his/her Boarding Pass card that the card is tracking his/her play and that the bezel around his/her Boarding Pass card is solid green.
- If available at a participating location, members may earn points based on live game play on bingo, race & sports, keno and poker (other live table games are not eligible effective April 1, 2020). In order to earn points based on live game play, a member must present his/her Boarding Pass card to a Team Member prior to his/her live game play or wager. Please visit the Rewards Center or Player Services for details and availability.
- Program points may be redeemed for Boarding Pass vouchers, Slot Play, Bingo Play, Sports Play or Cash Back. The number of points required to receive goods and services are delineated on the Boarding Pass Redemption Menu, which is available at the Rewards Center or Player Services. The redemption of one thousand (1,000) points is equivalent to $1 in redemption value. This ratio may be revised by Station Casinos in its sole discretion for either individual Boarding Pass members or all Boarding Pass members. Boarding Pass vouchers may be used to acquire the equivalent dollar value in goods and services throughout Station Casinos’ facilities. Boarding Pass vouchers may not be used for wagering.
- Boarding Pass vouchers, Slot Play, Bingo Play, Sports Play and/or Cash Back will require a photo identification and/or personal identification number (“PIN”) in order to redeem and/or utilize the offer.
- Boarding Pass vouchers, Slot Play and Bingo Play have no cash value and United States currency/coin or casino chips/tokens will not be issued in lieu thereof.
- If applicable, expiration dates will be printed on Boarding Pass vouchers when issued.
- In the event of the death of a member, the member’s redeemable (a) cashback points will be held pending disposition under the laws of descent and distribution, and (b) points and other benefits that are not entitled to cashback will be cancelled.
Boarding Pass Points for Slot/Bingo/Sports Play and Cash Back
- The redemption of one thousand (1,000) points is equivalent to $1 in Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back value.
- Points earned playing video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack and bingo on or after February 14, 2008 are eligible for Slot Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Points earned playing sports straight bets, sports parlay, sports teaser, sports parlay card and in-house race play on or after September 1, 2010 are eligible for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Points earned playing live poker on or after September 15, 2011 and live keno on or after April 1, 2016 are eligible for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Points earned playing live table games and on cash or credit card purchases at participating restaurants, bars, spa/salon treatments, concert/event tickets, pools, cabanas, hotel stays, bowling from November 1, 2016 through March 31, 2020 are eligible for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Points earned by using point days or point multipliers are eligible for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Point grants and point adjustments are not eligible for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back redemption.
- Only points earned from playing bingo, poker, keno, sports straight bets, sports parlay, sports teaser, sports parlay card, in-house race and qualified video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack and electronic table games using a Boarding Pass card are eligible.
- Redemption of points for Slot Play is available at designated video poker, video reel, reel slot, video keno, video blackjack and electronic table games, at any Boarding Pass kiosk or the Rewards Center or Player Services.
- To redeem points for Cash Back, a member must obtain a cash voucher from the Rewards Center or Player Services. The cash voucher must be redeemed at the Main Casino Cage within 48 hours. Photo identification must be presented.
- Redemption of points for Bingo Play is available at the Rewards Center, Player Services or a Boarding Pass kiosk and a printed voucher will be provided and must be redeemed in the bingo room.
- Slot Play will be automatically uploaded to the Boarding Pass card once the points are redeemed at the Boarding Pass kiosk, Rewards Center or Player Services and will expire ninety (90) days from issuance.
- Boarding Pass points redeemed for Slot Play consists of machine credit amounts that are non-cashable and must be played at a gaming device. There is a $5 minimum requirement per transaction to redeem points into Slot Play, with a maximum of $1,000 per day. All redemptions must be done in $5 increments.
- There is a $1 minimum requirement per transaction to redeem points into Bingo Play, with a maximum of $50 per session.
- There is a $5 minimum requirement per transaction to redeem points into Cash Back, with a maximum of $1,000 per day.
- WPS pari-mutuel race, exotic pari-mutuel race, IPT pari-mutuel race and phone pari-mutuel race points may NOT be redeemed for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back.
- Boarding Pass members must have their confidential PIN to be able to redeem points for Slot/Bingo Play and Cash Back.
- Once points are redeemed for Slot/Bingo Play or Cash Back and it is on the Boarding Pass card, it cannot be reversed.
Boarding Pass Status Credit Structure
- Based upon the number of Boarding Pass credits earned during a six month time period, members may also be eligible for additional awards as determined by the Boarding Pass Status Credit Structure. Earning more credits will qualify members to reach higher levels.
- Boarding Pass Status Credit Structure and time requirements will be available at the Rewards Center or Player Services. Upon attaining a status level, a designated Boarding Pass card will be available to the member. Current status levels are Chairman, President, Platinum, Gold and Preferred.
- Boarding Pass point days, multiplier offers and other Boarding Pass point adjustment offers will not be counted towards the Boarding Pass Status Credit Structure.
- Attaining a Boarding Pass Status provides additional Boarding Pass program offers and benefits to the member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Station Casinos in its sole discretion for either individual Boarding Pass members or all Boarding Pass members. Please visit the Rewards Center or Player Services for a description of current Boarding Pass Status offers and benefits.
- Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the applicable current and valid status level Boarding Pass Card along with photo identification acceptable by Station Casinos at time of redemption.
Charms
- Each STN Charm is a unique, non-fungible token (NFT) that is a unique cryptographic token that exists on a blockchain and cannot be replicated.

a. Each Charm will be part of a Charm Category that is a means of grouping similar Charms.

b. Within each Charm Category, Charms may scale in Charm Rarity, consisting of up to 5 possible Rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.

- Charms are distributed in a variety of methods to participants in accordance with their activity at participating locations and include, but are not limited to:
a. Earn or Award Guests may receive Charms based on a variety of eligibility criteria linked to their Boarding Pass activity.
- Buy: Guests may purchase more Charms exclusively on the STN Charms website. All Boarding Pass members will receive Charms upon their first gaming session on a slot machine with their active Boarding Pass or upon their first successful login to the STN Charms website.
- Guests may view Charms in their collection by:

a. Inserting their Boarding Pass Card into any slot machine and following on-screen prompts to select their Charm Box.

b. By logging onto the Boarding Pass Member’s my|Rewards account via the STN Charms website and selecting their Charm Box.
- Guests have the ability to disable or enable a Charm from being active during a new gaming session by selecting ‘Remove Charm’ on a slot machine. To make changes once play has begun, guests will need to remove and reinsert their Boarding Pass into the slot machine.
- Each Charm contains a Charm Level.

a. Charm Levels can only be increased while that Charm is active during a gaming session on a slot machine with the guest’s active Boarding Pass based on the guest’s winnings from the slot machine during that session.

b. Charm Levels are updated upon conclusion of a player session via removal of Boarding Pass card from a slot machine.

c. Charm Level is merely for entertainment and display purposes and has no impact on the performance of any gaming machine.

d. Charms maintain their Charm Level despite any changes in ownership or other characteristics.
- A list of all available Charms will be accessible on the STN Charms website via the Charm Book. Availability of Charms may vary and certain Charms may not be available at any given time.
- “Charm Box” means a custodial wallet made available by Station Casinos for personal use to facilitate participation in the STN Charms program in accordance with program Terms and Conditions and in which Charm NFTs and related data and information may be stored. Station Casinos may permit you to connect an eligible Self-Custodial wallet to your STN Charms account for purposes of receiving and holding eligible STN Charm NFTs, provided that you are in compliance with the STN Charms Terms of Use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Station Casinos has the sole discretion to (i) determine which Self-Custodial wallets are eligible to be connected to a STN Charms account, (ii) prohibit for any reason at any time the connection of any Self-Custodial Wallet to a STN Charms account, and (iii) impose additional terms and conditions on guests before being permitted to connect an eligible Self-Custodial wallet to their STN Charms account.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all login names and passwords, and accept responsibility for all activities, charges, losses (including, without limitation, loss of funds and/or NFTs), and damages that occur under their account in association with the STN Charms program.
- Guests have the ability to disable or enable a Charm from being active during a new gaming session by selecting ‘Remove Charm’ on a slot machine. To make changes once play has begun, guests will need to remove and reinsert their Boarding Pass into the slot machine.
- Guests are responsible for collecting and/or paying any applicable taxes, duties, and/or assessments imposed by any governmental entity in connection with a transaction of a Charm via the STN Charms program.
- Station Casinos reserves the right to prohibit any Charm sales on the STN Charms website.
- It is the sole responsibility of each guest to ensure that his or her (i) Boarding Pass is properly inserted and active at the slot machine, and (ii) Charm of choice is properly activated on the slot machine.
- Station Casinos reserves the right to review a Boarding Pass Member’s Charms and Charm Levels from time to time and reserves the right to adjust the Boarding Pass Member’s Charms and/or Charm Levels based upon, without limitation, computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of a Charm. This may be done at management’s discretion and without notice to the Boarding Pass Member.
- Charms will only be awarded to the participant to whom the Boarding Pass is assigned.
- Guests are not limited in their ability to acquire multiple of a certain Charm nor in their ability to increase a Charm’s Level.
- Station Casinos reserves the right to adjust the methodology in which Charms increase their Level to accommodate programmatic changes or various promotions that will impact the rate at which Charms increase their level.
Seventy Six Taverns VIP Club
- At this time, the Seventy Six Taverns VIP Club is separate and distinct from the Boarding Pass Program. Guests will need to sign up for each program separately in order to receive offers or earn points and tier status for each.
- At management’s discretion, points may be redeemed from members Boarding Pass account to use at a Seventy Six Tavern as Free Slot Play or a Food Comp and vice versa. Please visit the Seventy Six Tavern Centennial Location, Rewards Center or Player Services at any Station Casino or Wildfire Gaming Location for details to request this point transfer.
- Point transfers can take up to 48 hours from the time the request is submitted.
General Rules
- Participating locations are Palace Station Hotel & Casino, Boulder Station Hotel & Casino, Sunset Station Hotel & Casino, Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino, Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa Casino, Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, Durango Casino & Resort, Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company, Wildfire Casino – Rancho, Wildfire Casino – Boulder Highway, Wildfire Casino & Lanes, Wildfire Casino – Sunset, Wildfire Casino – Anthem, Wildfire Casino – Valley View, Wildfire Casino – Lake Mead, Wildfire On Fremont and The Greens.
- Consolidation of multiple accounts is required, as each member should have only one (1) Boarding Pass account.
- Only members listed on a Boarding Pass account may receive information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to that Boarding Pass account.
- Up to two (2) eligible Boarding Pass members residing at the same address may link accounts to share Boarding Pass points. Both members must be present with current and valid photo identification at the Rewards Center or Player Services to link accounts. Either member may request that a link be removed from his/her account in person at the Rewards Center or Player Services with current and valid photo identification.
- Each member of a linked account will be issued an individual Boarding Pass program card and account number. However, all members on a linked account may modify any linked account data and will share Boarding Pass points. Visit the Rewards Center or Player Services for additional linked account details.
- Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential PIN for his/her account and for keeping the PIN secure. Each member is responsible for all transactions on his/her account when his/her confidential PIN is used.
- A member is required to present current and valid photo identification bearing the same name on his/her Boarding Pass card when requesting that his/her confidential PIN be reset or changed.
- Duplicate Boarding Pass cards will be issued with proper photo identification, up to two (2) in one day.
- Boarding Pass cards, Boarding Pass Status Credits, offers, awards and all other program benefits are non-transferable.
- Boarding Pass points are non-transferable, unless the two members are on a linked account.
- Boarding Pass account discrepancies should be immediately reported to Station Casinos to be eligible for reconsideration.
- Any misuse of the Boarding Pass card or improper play, as determined by Station Casinos in its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of all Boarding Pass account accumulated points, offers, vouchers and may result in the cancellation of member(s)’ participation in the Boarding Pass program.
- Boarding Pass members who have been issued credit by Station Casinos and are delinquent in repayment of that credit, and/or Boarding Pass members who have had a check(s) cashed at a Station Casinos location which has been returned for non-payment, shall have all their Boarding Pass account accumulated points, offers, vouchers and Slot and/or Bingo Play forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied to the satisfaction of Station Casinos in its sole discretion.
- Boarding Pass members should notify Station Casinos of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on Boarding Pass programs, offers, bonuses, party invitations or other program events.
- Station Casinos reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the Boarding Pass program or revoke a Boarding Pass member’s card at any time in its sole discretion.
- Participation in this program constitutes each Boarding Pass member’s agreement to abide by these Official Rules of the Boarding Pass program and the decisions of Station Casinos.
- Any and all applicable taxes relating to a Boarding Pass member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the member.
- Station Casinos will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
- Station Casinos is not responsible for lost or stolen Boarding Pass cards.
- Any Boarding Pass card, voucher or any other offer that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, Station Casinos reserves the right to void any Boarding Pass card, voucher or any other offer at any time in its sole discretion.
- Malfunction of any hardware or software used in connection with the Boarding Pass Program voids all pays, plays, awards and prizes. Malfunctions include, without limitation, erroneous and/or unintended displays of any and every kind, including without limitation, displays made by way of video, electronic media, audio and/or printed communication.
- Station Casinos may introduce other promotions that operate in association with the Boarding Pass program. All rules, conditions and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official Rules of each specific associated promotion.
- Any rule or procedure relating to the Boarding Pass program may be changed, modified or cancelled by Station Casinos at any time in its sole discretion without prior notification.
- Employees who are not prohibited from gambling at Station Casinos properties may have a Boarding Pass account; however, may be prohibited from participating in certain promotions. See the official rules of promotions for details.
- Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. The Boarding Pass Program is subject to any dispute resolution prescribed by Nevada Revised Statutes 463.361 et seq. and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A. Problem Gambling?
