OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO PLAY

1. Guests can earn entries by:
   • Play any of your favorite Video Poker and Video Keno Machines, and earn one (1) drawing entry for every 50 points earned; point multipliers and/or bonus point awards do not count towards earned entries.
   • Play any of your favorite Video Reels and Reel Slot Machines, and earn two (2) drawing entries for every 50 points earned; point multipliers and/or bonus point awards do not count towards earned entries.
   • Play Bingo, and get one (1) drawing entry for every $10 buy in.
   • Play any of your favorite Table Games, and earn entries for every hour played. Example:
   • $10 Average bet for one hour = one entry
   • $20 Average bet for one hour = two entries
   • $30 Average bet for one hour = three entries
   • For every one hour of live Poker Play you get one (1) drawing entry.
2. Guests must be using their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at all times to earn entries or their play will not qualify.

Rules:

1. Drawings will be held at each Station Casino and Fiesta property at 8:15pm on Friday & Saturday, November 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28.
2. Drawings will be held at each of the following locations: Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Aliante, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson.
3. A list of winning Boarding Pass card holders will be posted at the drawing site. Winners will have until 11pm on day of drawing to claim their prize at the Prize Payout Location (for specific locations, please see the Rewards Center or Amigo Club). All prizes not claimed by 11pm on day of drawing will be forfeited.
4. Entries will be electronic entries. To activate electronic entries, guests must swipe their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at a My Rewards or Amigo Play Kiosk beginning at 12pm until 8pm on each day of the drawing to be eligible to win.
5. Guests may begin earning points on Sunday, November 1, 2009 at 12:01am.
6. Drawings will be held at all Station Casinos & Fiesta properties. For specific drawing locations at each property, please see the property’s Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
7. Entries can be earned at all Station Casinos and Fiesta properties but will be counted eligible for drawings only at the property at which they are earned. For example, if you play at Boulder Station and have earned 30 entries, those entries will be eligible for drawings at Boulder Station only. You will not be able to transfer those entries to a drawing at Sunset Station.
8. At the drawing, One Hundred Twenty-Five (125) entries will be selected at every Station Casino and Fiesta property.
9. Prizes will be awarded from highest to lowest value in the order each entry is selected and displayed.
10. Prize breakdown is as follows:
    • $5,000 in Cash or $5,000 in Free Slot Play (one prize awarded in this amount)
    • $2,500 in Cash or $2,500 in Free Slot Play (one prize awarded in this amount)
    • 1,000 in Cash or $1,000 in Free Slot Play (two prizes awarded in this amount)
    • $500 in Cash or $500 in Free Slot Play (three prizes awarded in this amount)
    • $250 in Cash or $250 in Free Slot Play (three prizes awarded in this amount)
    • $100 in Cash or $100 in Free Slot Play (fifty prizes awarded in this amount)
    • $75 in Cash or $75 in Free Slot Play (twenty-five prizes awarded in this amount)
    • $50 in Cash or $50 in Free Slot Play (forty prizes awarded in this amount)
11. Entries must be earned weekly and do not roll over week to week. The first week’s eligible entries may be earned commencing November 1, 2009, at 12:01am. Commencing Saturday, November 7, 2009, new earning periods begin on Saturdays at 8:00pm for the following week’s Friday and Saturday drawings. Entries earned during a particular week are only good for that weekend’s drawings on Friday and Saturday.
12. Guests attending the U event at Red Rock on Friday, November 6, 2009 and Saturday, November 7, 2009 will have their earned entries automatically activated into the property where they earned drawing entries at and will participate remotely.
13. All winners must show their Boarding Pass or Amigo Club Players Card and proper ID to be verified.
14. Guests may choose to receive their prize award in free slot play for the same dollar amount as a cash award. If free slot play is chosen, it will be valid for 30 days from the day it was awarded.
15. Participants may win once per drawing.
16. Entries are non transferable.
17. Participants must be a member of the Players Club and at least 21 years of age to participate. Persons without a Players Card can sign up for a free card at the Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
18. Any dispute not covered in these rules will be resolved by management and their decision is final and binding to all participants.
19. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at management’s sole discretion.
20. In the event that the My Rewards/Amigo Play Kiosk or Drawing System is inoperable or malfunctions, management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the drawing to a different time or day.
21. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
22. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
23. Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies may exclude anyone from participating in the promotion for any or no reason, at management’s sole discretion.
24. Employees of Station Casinos, Inc. and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
