HOW TO PLAY

1. Guests can earn entries by:
   • Play any of your favorite Video Poker, Video Reel, Video Keno and/or Slot Machines, and earn one (1) drawing entry for every 50 points earned; point multipliers and/or bonus point awards do not count towards earned entries.
   • Play Bingo, and get one (1) drawing entry for every $10 buy in.
   • Play any of your favorite Table Games, and earn entries for every hour played.
     Example:
     i. $10 Average bet for one hour = one entry
     ii. $20 Average bet for one hour = two entries
     iii. $30 Average bet for one hour = three entries
     
   • For every one hour of live Poker Play, you get one (1) drawing entry.
   • Boarding Pass Members have the opportunity to receive 5 free entries every day beginning on Sunday, August 16, 2009 by swiping their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at any My Rewards or Amigo Play Kiosk. Free entries are valid for only that week’s Friday and Saturday drawing at the property they swiped. Should the free entry button not appear on the kiosk, please visit the Rewards Center or Amigo Club for assistance.
2. Guests must be using their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at all times to earn entries or their play will not qualify.
3. Drawings will be held at each Station and Fiesta property at 7:15pm on Friday & Saturday August 21, 22, 28, 29, September 4, 5, 11 and 12.
4. Drawings will be held at each of the following locations: ; Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Aliante, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson.
5. Winners must be present to win.
6. Entries will be electronic entries. To activate electronic entries, guests must swipe their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at a My Rewards or Amigo Play Kiosk beginning at 3pm until 7pm on each day of the drawing to be eligible to win.
7. Guests may begin earning points on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 12:01am.
8. Drawings will be held at all Station & Fiesta Casinos. For specific drawing locations at each property, please see the property's Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
9. Entries can be earned at all Station and Fiesta Casinos but will be counted eligible for drawings only at the property at which they are earned. For example, if you play at Boulder Station and have earned 30 entries, those entries will be eligible for drawings at Boulder Station only. You will not be able to transfer those entries to a drawing at Sunset Station.
10. At the drawing, ten (10) entries will be selected at every Station and Fiesta Casino.
11. Winners must be present and have three (3) minutes to claim their prize. ; After three (3) minutes, re-draws continue at three (3) minute intervals until ten (10) winners at each participating property have properly claimed their eligibility by presenting their Boarding Pass or Amigo Club Card, along with identification, and have been verified. ; All ten (10) winners will be eligible to “SPIN” the Jumbo Cash Wheel to determine their cash prize award. ; The first entry selected will be the first guest to spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel. ; Subsequent guests' spins of the Jumbo Cash Wheel will continue in the order that qualifying guests were called to participate. ; A “SPIN” is valid only if the Jumbo Cash Wheel rotates more than three hundred sixty (360) degrees upon a guest's turn of the Jumbo Cash Wheel. ; At management's sole discretion, management may direct a guest to re-spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel in the event of a spin that does not cause the wheel to rotate past the point at which it rested before being spun.
12. One (1) promotional wheel, the “Jumbo Cash Wheel,” will be designated for the promotion during the scheduled promotion time. ; Each participating property will have a Jumbo Cash Wheel with an identical distribution of prizes displayed.
13. Jumbo Cash Wheel Prize breakdown includes these amounts:
    • $10,000 Cash
    • $5,000 Cash
    • $2,500 Cash
    • $1,000 Cash
    • $500 Cash
    • $400 Cash
    • $350 Cash
    • $250 Cash
14. Entries must be earned weekly and do not roll over week to week. ; The first week's eligible entries may be earned commencing August 16, 2009, at 12:01am. ; Commencing Saturday, August 22, 2009, new earning periods begin on Saturdays at 7:00pm for the following week's Friday and Saturday drawings. ; Entries earned during a particular week are only good for that weekend's drawings on Friday and Saturday.
15. All winners must show their Boarding Pass or Amigo Club Players Card and proper ID to be verified.
16. Guests may choose to receive their prize award in free slot play for the same dollar amount as a cash award. If free slot play is chosen, it will be valid for 30 days from the day it was awarded.
17. Participants may win once per drawing.
18. Entries are non transferable.
19. Awarded spins on the Jumbo Cash Wheel are non transferable. Management reserves all rights to assist any guest who needs accommodations to spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel.

WIN UP TO THREE TIMES (3X) CASH WITH "SPIN" CASH BONUS:

1. Participants have the ability to qualify for the "SPIN" Cash Bonus and earn up to 3X their cash award on the Jumbo Cash Wheel if they are one of the drawing winners and have the opportunity to "SPIN" the Jumbo Cash Wheel.
2. Boarding Pass/Amigo Points earned from 12:01am to 7:00pm on designated drawing day qualify for the "SPIN" Cash Bonus if you're a drawing winner.
3. Play on specified Video Reel, Reel Slot or Video Keno machines to qualify for "SPIN" Cash Bonus if you're a drawing winner:
• 1,000 points earned: Drawing winner will spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel and receive 2X the cash prize.
• 2,000 points earned: Drawing winner will spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel and receive 3X the cash prize.
4. Play on specified Video Poker machines to qualify for "SPIN" Cash Bonus if you're a drawing winner:
• 2,000 points earned: Drawing winner will spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel and receive 2X the cash prize
• 4,000 points earned: Drawing winner will spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel and receive 3X the cash prize.
5. All points must be accumulated from the same game type. Video Reel/Reel Slot/Video Keno points cannot be combined with Video Poker points.
6. If a participant qualifies under both game types, the higher cash multiplier amount will apply. For example, if a player earns 1,000 Video Reel/Reel Slot/Video Keno Points and 4,000 Video Poker points on the designated drawing day, the participant will qualify for 3X their cash award when they "SPIN" the Jumbo Cash Wheel.
7. Valid machines for this promotion include: all Video Reel, Reel Slots, Video Keno and Video Poker.
8. All points counted toward reaching thresholds must be earned based on coin in. Point multipliers or special point awards or grants will not qualify for tallying "SPIN" CASH BONUS thresholds
9. All points earned for this “SPIN” Cash Bonus must be earned on the designated drawing day (12:01 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.) ; Points will not roll over to the next drawing day. ; For example, drawing winners on Friday, August 21st must accumulate the appropriate number of points on Friday, August 21st between 12:01am – 7:00pm to qualify for the “SPIN” Cash Bonus at 7:15pm on Friday, August 21, 2009.
10. It is the players' responsibility to ensure that their Boarding Pass/Amigo card is properly inserted to accumulate points.
11. Each drawing winner will present their Boarding Pass/Amigo Card to a drawing representative to determine and verify if they are eligible for a “SPIN” Cash Bonus prior to spinning the Jumbo Cash Wheel. ; The appropriate Cash Bonus will be determined by the number of points earned and displayed to the eligible guest. ; For example, if a drawing winner earned 4,000 Video Poker points on the day of the drawing between 12:01am – 7:00pm, they are eligible to receive 3X the cash award indicated by the Jumbo Cash Wheel when they spin the Jumbo Cash Wheel. ; In the event the guest spins the wheel and lands on the $10,000 prize, they would receive 3X the cash amount for a total award of $30,000.

11th SPIN: QUALIFY FOR FREE SLOT PLAY:

1. After all 10 drawing winners have had the opportunity to "SPIN" the Jumbo Cash Wheel, the Master of Ceremonies (the emcee designated by management) of the drawing will conduct an 11th Spin where everyone playing Video Poker, Video Reel, Reel Slots or Video Keno with their Boarding Pass/Amigo card will have the opportunity to win free slot play.
2. The same Jumbo Cash Wheel used for the drawing will be used for the Free Slot Play 11th Spin. ; The wheel displays free slot play in the amounts of $10, $15 and $20 which are displayed in the red circles on the wheel at each participating property.
3. The Master of Ceremonies will make a public announcement when he/she begins the 11th Spin. ; The Master of Ceremonies will then “SPIN” the Jumbo Cash Wheel to determine the free slot play award to all players actively playing with their Boarding Pass/Amigo Card. ;
4. To be eligible for the free slot play award, participants must be actively playing with their Boarding Pass/Amigo Card during the 11th Jumbo Bonus Spin and up until the Free Slot Play is awarded.
5. Actively playing is defined as playing with sufficient frequency to cause the Video Poker, Video Reel, Reel Slots or Video Keno machine's Boarding Pass or Amigo Club card reader bezel to display a steady green glow. ; Any indication by the bezel other than a steady green glow is not eligible for free slot play awards offered by this promotion.
6. Based on the 11th spin amount, free slot play will be distributed to eligible players, with a Boarding Pass/Amigo Club card inserted, whose free slot play awards will become available, provided that the eligible player's machine bezel is displaying a steady green glow at a random time within fifteen (15) minutes following the Master of Ceremonies 11th spin of the Jumbo Cash Wheel. ; It is each eligible player's responsibility to ensure their machine's bezel displays a steady green glow in order to be awarded free slot play during this promotion. ; At the random moment of the award, during the fifteen (15) minutes following the 11th spin of the Jumbo Cash Wheel, playing at a frequency or interval that causes a machine's bezel to display any indication other than a steady green glow is a disqualifying event that results in ineligibility for a free slot play award.
7. Participants receiving the awarded free slot play amount will be notified on the player display of their actively played machine which will state “Jumbo Wheel Free Slot Play Winner,” and the display will instruct the participant to Press 1 to accept the free slot play award.
8. Free slot play will expire 24 hours from the time it was awarded.

Rules:

1. Participants must be a member of the Players Club and at least 21 years of age to participate. Persons without a Players Card can sign up for a free card at the Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
2. Only the $10, $15 and $20 free slot play awards in the red sections are valid for the 11th spin. Any dollar value awards from the Jumbo Cash Wheel spins (ranging from $250 to $10,000 that are also visible on the wheel sections) are not relevant for the 11th spin and shall be ignored. Every wheel section will have a $10, $15 or $20 free slot play award on it for the 11th spin, along with every wheel section having larger value awards applicable only to the first 10 spins.
3. Any dispute not covered in these rules will be resolved by management and their decision is final and binding to all participants.
4. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at management's sole discretion.
5. In the event that the My Rewards/Amigo Play Kiosk, Drawing System or Jumbo Cash Wheel is inoperable or malfunctions, management reserves the right to postpone the drawing to a different time or day.
6. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
8. Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies may exclude anyone from participating in the promotion for any or no reason, at management's sole discretion.
9. Employees of Station Casinos, Inc. and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
