OFFICIAL RULES:

Scratch Card Rules

1. Promotion will begin at 7:00am on Friday, May 9 and run through Saturday, June 7 at 11:59pm.
2. Guests will receive one (1) scratch card postcard with 30 daily scratches on it. Scratches must be done on the day indicated on the postcard and at the Rewards Center. Redemption of the scratch card will take place at the Rewards Center during normal business hours, please see the property Rewards Centers for hours of operation.
3. Offer must be scratched off at the Rewards Center in front of a Rewards Center Representative. Any offers not scratched in front of a representative will be void.
4. Bonus drawing entries will be valid at the property where the scratch card was redeemed. Example, guest scratches and receives 50 bonus entries at Santa Fe, those drawing entries will be valid at Santa Fe Station only.
5. Guests may redeem all offers at the Rewards Center. Boarding Pass points and point multipliers will be added to the account within 72 hours. Free Slot Play will be added to the account in 24 hours. Bonus entries will be available by 12:00pm the following day.
6. Guests may redeem cash prizes at the Rewards Center.
7. All scratch card postcards are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
8. All prize redemptions expire on Sunday, June 8 at 11:59pm.
9. Scratch cards may not be combined with any other offer.
10. Only scratch cards with cash prizes have cash value.
11. By participating in this promotion, guests agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of Management. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
12. Scratch Card may only be redeemed by the guest to whom the postcard is assigned to.
13. Any and all applicable taxes, fees and licenses required related to winning any of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14. Any scratch card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void. In addition, Management reserves the right to void any scratch card at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
15. All guests participating must be 21 years or older and have a Boarding Pass card to participate.
16. Team Members and members of their immediate households, of Stations Casinos Inc., and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
17. Accumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
18. By participating in this promotion winners hereby give their permission to Stations Casinos Inc., and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
19. These Official Rules or this promotion may be modified or cancelled by Management at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

$1.2 Million Weekend Drawing Rules

HOW TO PLAY

1. Guests can earn entries by:
• Play any of your favorite video poker, video reel, video keno and/or slot machines and earn one (1) drawing entry for every 100 points earned, point multipliers do not count towards earned entries.
• Play Bingo and get one (1) drawing entry for every $30 buy in.
• Play any of your favorite Table Games and earn entries for every hour played Example:
• $10 Average bet for one hour = one entry
• $20 Average bet for one hour = two entries
• $30 Average bet for one hour = three entries
• For every one hour of live Poker Play you get one (1) drawing entry.
• Cash your paycheck and receive 50 entries. Entries will be available by 12:00pm on the following calendar day.
2. Guest must be using their Boarding Pass at all times to earn entries. Play without Boarding Pass usage does not qualify.
3. Guests may receive bonus entries into the drawings by winning them on their scratch card. Entries must be uploaded and verified at the Rewards Center at the time of redemption.
4. Drawings will be held at 8:15pm on May 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 and June 6 and 7, 2008
5. Winners must be present to win.
6. Entries will be electronic entries. To activate entries guests will swipe their Players Card at a My Rewards Kiosk on each day of the drawing to be eligible to win. Entries must be activated by 8pm on day of the drawing.

RULES

1. Participants must be a Boarding Pass member and at least 21 years of age to participate. Persons without a Players Card can sign up for a free card at the Rewards Center.
2. Drawings will be held at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock. For specific drawing locations at each property please see the properties Rewards Center.
3. Entries earned at a specific property will be counted towards entries at that property only. For example, if you play at Santa Fe Station and have earned 30 entries, those entries will be good at Santa Fe Station only. You will not be able to transfer those entries to any other property.
4. At each drawing, ten (10) entries will be drawn.
5. Winners must be present and have three (3) minutes to claim their prize. Redraws continue until all winners have properly claimed and have been verified. All ten winners will be brought up on stage to pick their cash prize. First entry selected will be the first guest to select their prize.
6. Prize breakdown is as follows:

7. All winners must show their Players Card and proper ID to be verified.
8. Participants may win once per drawing.
9. Entries must be earned weekly and do not roll over week to week. New earning periods begin on Saturdays after the 8:15 drawing for the following week. Except for the week of Sunday, May 25th, the new earning period will begin on Sunday, May 25th after the 8:15pm drawing.
10. Entries are non-transferable.
11. In case of a public address system failure, the drawing continues on site. Management urges guests to be in or around the drawing area.
12. In the event that the Points Plus kiosk or Drawing System goes down, management reserves the right to postpone the drawing to a different time or day.
13. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
14. Accumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
15. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and distribute additional drawing entries at its discretion.
16. Team Members of Station Casinos, Inc and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
