OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO PLAY

1. Guests 50 years and older can earn entries by:
   • Play any of your favorite video poker, video reel, video keno and/or slot machines and earn one (1) drawing entry for every 10 points earned, point multipliers do not count towards earned entries.
   • Play Bingo and get one (1) drawing entry for every $10 buy in.
   • Play live Poker and get one (1) drawing entry for every one (1) hour of play.
   • Play any of your favorite Table Games and earn entries for every hour played Example:
     • $10 Average bet for one hour = one entry
     • $20 Average bet for one hour = two entries
     • $30 Average bet for one hour = three entries
2. Guest must be using Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at all times to earn entries. Play without Boarding Pass or Amigo Card does not qualify.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS

1. Drawings will be held at Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Aliante, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson at 4pm on Wednesday, November 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2009.
2. All entries will be electronic. To activate entries, guests must swipe their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at a myRewards or Amigo Play Kiosk beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. on each day of the drawing to be eligible to win.
3. Entries can be earned at all Station and Fiesta Casinos and will be counted towards entries at the property they are earned at only. For example, if you play at Boulder Station and have earned 30 entries, those entries will be good at Boulder Station only. You will not be able to transfer those entries to Sunset Station.
4. Five (5) winners will be drawn at every Station and Fiesta Casino.
5. Winners must be present and have three (3) minutes to claim their prize. Redraws continue until all winners have properly claimed and have been verified. All five winners will be eligible to select a tile displaying their prize award. First entry selected will be the first guest to select their tile. Subsequent selections of tiles will continue in the order that qualifying guests were called to participate.
6. Prize breakdown for the drawing is as follows:
• $1,000 in cash or $1,000 in Free Slot Play
• $750 in cash or $750 in Free Slot Play
• $500 in cash or $500 in Free Slot Play (2 prizes awarded in this amount)
• $250 in cash or $250 in Free Slot Play

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:

1. There will be a Grand Prize Drawing on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. at all Station and Fiesta Casinos.
2. Five (5) winners will be drawn at every Station and Fiesta Casino.
3. These winners must be present to win and will have three (3) minutes to claim. Redraws continue until all winners have properly claimed and have been verified. All five winners will be eligible to select a tile displaying their prize award. First entry selected will be the first guest to select their tile. Subsequent selections of tiles will continue in the order that qualifying guests were called to participate.
4. All entries earned on each Wednesday, November 4, 11, 18, and 25 will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing. All eligible entries must be activated by participants at the property they were earned at. To activate entries, guests must swipe their Boarding Pass or Amigo Card at a myRewards or Amigo Play Kiosk beginning at 2:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 to be eligible to win. Those entries will be put into a property specific drawing where five (5) Boarding Pass or Amigo Card numbers will be selected.
5. Prize breakdown for the Grand Prize Drawing is as follows:
1. $250 in cash or $250 in Free Slot Play (4 prizes awarded in this amount)
2. $250 in cash or $250 in Free Slot Play + Bonus Drawing Entry for a chance to win $25,000 RC Willey Home Makeover
6. After all five (5) winners have selected their prize and the first drawing is complete at all Station and Fiesta Casinos, a second drawing will take place with the one winner who pulled the bonus drawing tile from each Station and Fiesta Casino.
7. Those ten (10) players will be put into the second drawing with one entry each.  There will be a one in ten chance to win the Grand Prize of a $25,000 RC Willey Gift Card.  The other nine (9) players will win $250 cash or $250 in Free Slot Play from the first drawing.  Grand Prize Winner may take $15,000 cash in lieu of the $25,000 RC Willey Gift Card Prize.

RULES:

1. Entries must be earned daily on Wednesdays only. For all drawings other than the Grand Prize Drawing, entries earned on each Wednesday are eligible only on the Wednesday that they are earned, and those entries do not roll over to the next weeks' drawings. All entries earned on all eligible Wednesdays in November will roll over and become eligible, upon activation by the participant on November 25 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m., for the Grand Prize Drawing on Wednesday, November 25 at 5:00 p.m.
2. Participants must be a Boarding Pass or Amigo Club member and at least 50 years of age to participate. Persons without a Players Card can sign up for a free card at the Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
3. All winners must show their Players Card and proper ID to be verified.
4. Drawings will be held at all Station and Fiesta Casinos. For specific drawing locations at each property please see the properties Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
5. Free Slot Play will be valid 30 days from the day it is awarded.
6. Participants may win once per drawing.
7. Entries are non-transferable.
8. In case of a public address system failure, the drawing continues on site. Management urges guests to be in or around the drawing area.
9. In the event that the myRewards Kiosk, Amigo Play Kiosk or Drawing System is inoperable or malfunctions, management reserves the right to postpone the drawing to a different time or day.
10. By participating in this promotion, winners hereby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
11. Cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
12. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and distribute additional drawing entries at its discretion.
13. Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies may exclude anyone from participating in this promotion for any or no reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. Employees of Station Casinos, Inc and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

50 Plus Senior Wednesdays Slot Tournaments Official Rules

RULES:

1. Participants must be a Boarding Pass or Amingo Club member and at least 50 years of age to participate. Persons without a Players Card can sign up for a free card at the Rewards Center or Amigo Club.
2. Boarding Pass or Amigo Club members, who are at least 50 years of age, will receive one (1) free entry into the tournament each Wednesday, November 4, 11, 18, and 25 2009.
3. Participants may earn (2) two additional entries to the tournament each Wednesday.
4. Participants may earn additional entries by playing their favorite video poker, video reel, video keno and/or slot machines each Wednesday beginning at 12:01a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For every Two-Hundred (200) points earned, participants will receive one (1) entry with a maximum of two (2) entries earned each Wednesday.
5. Participation in the tournament is subject to availability. Participants must register to play in tournament prior to 2pm each Wednesday at one (1) participating property of their choice.
6. Tournament Play is on a first come, first serve basis at Palace, Boulder, Texas, Sunset, Santa Fe, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock, Aliante, Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson.
7. Tournament locations vary by Station and Fiesta Casinos. Please see the Rewards Center or Amigo Club for locations.
8. Tournament play will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each Wednesday, November 4, 11, 18, and 25 2009.
9. Once the tournament is full, there is no waitlist or rain check for different day and time.
10. Participants may play up to three (3) times in the tournament in one (1) day.
11. Top score from each participant will be used for scoring. Participants may only have one place on the winner’s board, using their highest score of the maximum three (3) entries played.
12. Tournament machine will be set for “tournament play” and money or tokens will not be required for tournament play. All tournament rounds will be five (5) minutes in duration.
13. Participants are responsible for notifying the tournament official when their tournament round is complete.
14. At the conclusion of each round, the participant and a tournament official will verify the round score on the tournament machine, record the score, and have each participant sign the score sheet. The score will be determined by the “winner paid” category on the player's machine.
15. Each entrant must play in one (1) round. Participants are allowed to play only one machine at their session.
16. The top 50 scores will be awarded as follows and awarded at the main casino cage:

17. In the event of tie scores, the tied players will total their places and split the prize money equally and the next highest score will win the next place prize. For example: if two (2) players tie for first place, the first and second place prizes will be totaled and divided equally between those players, and the next highest score will win the third place prize. In the event of tied scores for all other places, the tied players will split the prize money equally. For example, if the winning player number 1 has the same score as the player who has placed 2, the players will split the prize money equally, each receiving equal amounts. Winnings may be picked up after 6:00 p.m.
18. Winners must claim their prize at the main casino cage within 24 hours of scores being posted or prize will be forfeited.
19. Scores will be posted next to the main casino cage, by placement, boarding pass number and prize amount.
20. Winners must sign applicable log sheet at the main casino cage when claiming a prize.
21. Tournament machines and assignment will be done in a random manner. Machines, models, playing times, credit amounts, number of participants or entry fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of tournament officials or management without prior notification.
22. These rules and/or this tournament may also be modified or canceled by management at any time in its sole discretion without prior notification.
23. In the event a tournament machine should malfunction during a session, the player must notify a tournament official immediately. If another tournament slot machine is available during that session, the affected player will be given the opportunity to play the session on that slot machine, or re-play.
24. Participants must be fifty (50) years of age or older and present proper identification to be eligible for this tournament.
25. By participating in this tournament, players agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of management.
26. Any and all applicable taxes required relating to the winning of any of the above described prizes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099.
27. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants in this tournament.
28. By participating in this tournament, winners herby give their permission to Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies to use their names, likeness, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.
29. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this tournament at any time, at its sole discretion.
30. Station Casinos, Inc. and any of its affiliated companies may exclude or disqualify anyone from participating in this tournament for any or no reason, at its sole and absolute discretion.
31. Employees, and members of their immediate households, of Station Casinos, Inc., and its subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in this tournament.
