Race House Rules
- Patrons are responsible for checking all wagering tickets for accuracy before leaving the betting station. The propositions on the wagering ticket are official; however, they may not always match the propositions posted on the display boards. If posted propositions are not updated simultaneously with actual changes to the propositions, an announcement will made within the book area of the actual changes followed by updating the posted propositions within a reasonable time period (i.e. five (5) minutes for propositions on the display boards and weekly for propositions on printed material). Management is not responsible for any errors or omissions once the Patron has left the betting station.
- A wager is considered accepted by both the patron and the house once the Patron has left the betting station. Once accepted, wagering tickets will not be changed or canceled except at the sole and absolute discretion of Management and with approval of both the house and Patron.
- Management will make payment of winning wagers only on the actual computer generated ticket.
- Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered or unreadable wagering tickets.
- Management reserves the right to refuse any wager.
- Management will determine the Minimum and maximum wagers on all events.
- All race events must be held on date specified to be considered action. All race future book events must be held within one (1) week of scheduled date to be considered action unless otherwise noted.
- Entries and field horses are considered as one betting interest.
- In the event of a Scratch (non-starter):
- Straight wagers, Daily Doubles, Exactas, Quinellas and Trifectas constitute “No Action” and money will be refunded. In Pick-3, Scratch goes to post time favorite.
- In Parlays: A Four-horse Parlay is reduced down to a Three-horse Parlay. A Three-horse Parlay is reduced down to a Two-horse Parlay and a Two-horse Parlay becomes a straight bet on the remaining horse.
- In a Round-Robin Parlay, each separate combination is a Two-Horse Parlay. Refer to (b) above.
- In a Scratch involving an entry or a field, action will go on the remaining portion of the entry or the field unless the scratched horse was a “Must Go” wager, then the wager will be refunded.
- In Quinella wagering, entries and field horses go as one. Quinella wagers will be accepted on a six (6) horse field provided there are six (6) separate betting interests and up. If a field of six (6) horses or more is reduced to five (5) horses or less, Quinella wagers will be considered “No Action” and money will be refunded (Scratches will be refunded on Quinella wagers not involving entries or fields. A Scratch on an entry or field horse gives action on the remaining horse(s) unless a “Must Go” is specified, which constitutes a refund). In the event a three (3) horse entry or field finishes 1-2-3, the Quinella will be paid from the entry or field to the horse finishing fourth (4th). The Quinella payout will be computed on the mutuels of the entry or field.
- An Exacta, Daily Double, Pick-3, Quinella, Trifecta or Twin Quinella wager accepted on a Non-Exacta, Daily Double, Pick-3, Quinella, Trifecta or Twin Quinella race respectively constitute “No Action” and wager will be refunded.
- Official results and mutuels as determined at the track on the day of the race will be considered official by Management for wagering purposes. Any subsequent overturned decisions will be disregarded.
- In all future (advanced) wagering, the winner as determined by the track at the conclusion of the event will be declared the winner for wagering purposes.
- All factors involved in race wagering propositions, pay-off odds and the determination of winners and losers shall be established by Race Book Management whose decisions are final and binding.
- Winning wagering tickets will be honored for 120 days from date of race. Winning wagering tickets may be mailed in for redemption. Please refer to the reverse side of the wagering ticket for instructions on payment by mail.
- All statistical and other data displayed on the Race Book boards are for the convenience of our Patrons. Maximum care is taken to ensure the accuracy of such information and the integrity of the source at all times. However, due to human error, Management does not assume responsibility for data inaccuracies.
- Management reserves the right to add, delete, or change the Race Book house rules and payout limits.
- Placing wagers or collecting winning wagers is prohibited by anyone under the age of twenty-one (21).
- Nevada Gaming Commission/State Gaming Control Board regulations prohibit the use of any communication device within the Race Book premises. Communication devices include, but are not limited to, paging devices, cellular telephones, radios and computers that are being used to transmit or receive information.
- Nevada Gaming Commission/State Gaming Control Board regulations prohibit wagering from outside of the State of Nevada.
- Station Casinos will not accept wagers at other than the currently posted terms, except as described in rule #1.
Race Book Payout Limits
- On Straight Win, Place and Show wagering, Management will pay full track odds for the first $50 wagered across the board, with the exception of harness and greyhounds which are paid full track odds for the first $20 wagered across the board.

Win: 20/1 Place: 8/1 Show: 4/1- Daily Double, Exacta and Quinella payout limits are at 150/1, with the exception of harness and greyhounds which are at 100/1.
- Pick-3 and Trifecta payouts limits are 500/1.
“Twin Q” Wagering
- “Twin Q” is a separate pool made up of Quinellas from two different races selected by Management.
- “Twin Q” wagers are $2.00 per combination.
- Management will provide an initial minimum “Twin Q” pool, that may be changed at the discretion of Management, if the “Twin Q” jackpot is not won. A percentage of that days “Twin Q” handle will be added to the “Twin Q” pool.
- In the event of a win dead heat in either “Twin Q” race, both winning horses are considered the winning combination for that race. In the event of a place dead heat, each combination of the winner to either place horse constitutes a winning combination for that race.
- Any “Twin Q” combination involving a Scratch horse will be refunded.
- In the event either “Twin Q” race is reduced to less than eight (8) starters, the “Twin Q” will be canceled and the money wagered will be refunded.
Pari-Mutuel Wagering
- Cancellation of wager ticket will not be permitted after the customer leaves the betting station. A wager ticket may be void by the ticket writer without the Supervisor up to post time. (Patrons are responsible for checking all wagering tickets for accuracy before leaving the betting station).
- Management, at its sole discretion, may delay the payment of a winning wager over $50,000 until the next regular business day.
- All Pick 3, 6 or 9 wagering tickets which involve a Scratch default to the off-time favorite. If a Scratch occurs in other Pari-Mutuel wagers at the Pari-Mutuel track, the rules at the respective host Pari-Mutuel track will apply to the Scratch entrants.
- Winning Pari-Mutuel wagering tickets will be honored for 120 days from date of race. Winning Pari-Mutuel wagering tickets may be mailed in for redemption. Please refer to the reverse side of the wagering ticket for instructions on payment by mail.
- All other Race Book house rules apply when not in conflict with the Pari-Mutuel Wagering rules.
