Official Rules

  1. There will be no entry fee and no registration required to be eligible to qualify for the $2 Million Jumbo Slot Championship, but you must be a member of the Station Casinos Boarding Pass program or the Fiesta Amigo Club program. (See #2 if you have multiple accounts at both Station Casinos and Fiesta Casinos). $1.75 Million will be awarded in total cash prizes and over $250,000 in gifts. You qualify for the tournaments by earning slot points as follows:
    • The top 400 slot point earners from January 1, 2006 through March 31, 2006, will be eligible to play in the $250,000 Qualifying Tournament held at Green Valley Ranch
    • The top 400 slot point earners from April 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006, will be eligible to play in the $250,000 Qualifying Tournament held at Texas Station.
    • The top 400 slot point earners from July 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006, will be eligible to play in the $250,000 Qualifying Tournament held at Palace Station.
    • The top 325 slot point earners from January 1, 2006 through November 30, 2006, and the top 25 winners in each of the Qualifying Tournaments, will be eligible to play in the $1,000,000 Final Tournament held at Red Rock Resort.
  2. Slot points earned during the qualifying periods can accrue at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Texas Station, Sunset Station, Green Valley Ranch Station, Santa Fe Station, Red Rock Resort Station (scheduled to open in Spring 2006), Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson. Guests can combine the points earned during the qualifying periods at the Station and Fiesta properties by registering multiple accounts at any Station Casinos Rewards Center or Amigo Club. Multiple accounts must be registered at least one (1) week prior to the end of the qualifying period. For example, March 24, 2006 would be the last day to register multiple accounts for the first Qualifying Tournament which has a qualifying period ending March 31, 2006. Casino Hosts cannot register players for this tournament. There will be no Late Registration period during these tournaments. No substitute players allowed. Tournament slot machines and time-of-play will be randomly drawn.
  3. Multipliers, Point Grants, and Point Adjustments will not be counted as points earned for qualifying into the tournaments. Only the cardholder named on the Boarding Pass or Amigo Club account will be eligible to play in the tournament. No substitutions for any reason. Any multiple card usage by multiple players during any qualifying period will cause the affected cardholders to be disqualified from the tournament.
  4. The lowest point value to qualify in the tournaments will be posted at all Rewards Centers and updated weekly. A month before a Qualifying Tournament, this number will be updated daily. After the last Qualifying Tournament has concluded, this number will be updated daily until the cut off period for the Final Tournament on November 30, 2006. On December 1, 2006, the lowest point score will be posted so all players can confirm their points to see if they are in the Final Tournament.
  5. For each Tournament each entrant is will play three (3) rounds and all rounds will be fifteen (15) minutes long.
  6. Tournament slot machines will be set for "tournament play". Money or tokens will not be required for tournament play. Machines will start with 15 minutes of time credits per round. All rounds will be fifteen (15) minutes long.
  7. Machines, models and length of playing times may be subject to change at the sole discretion of tournament officials or Management without prior notification.
  8. Players must be in the tournament area fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of their session time. Players missing their session will receive a zero (0) score and will be disqualified from the tournament. Unless at the sole discretion of Management, makeup sessions will not be permitted.
  9. At the conclusion of each round, the player and a tournament official will verify the round score from the tournament machine, record the score and have each player initial the scorecard next to their respective score. The score will be determined by the "winner paid" category on the player's machine. The score will not be valid or recorded if the player does not initial the tournament scorecard.
  10. Each entrant must play in all three (3) rounds. If a player misses a round, the player will receive a score of zero (0) and will be disqualified from the tournament. Players are allowed to play only one (1) machine at a time per session.
  11. At the conclusion of Round Three, players' scores from all rounds will be totaled. The Top 100 scores will be awarded prize money as specified in the prize money schedules provided herein. In addition to these prize schedules, the Top 25 winners with the highest total scores from each Qualifying Tournament will earn an entry to the Final Tournament. If a player has already won an entry in the Final Tournament from winning the Top 25 from a previous Qualifying Tournament, that player will not be eligible for the entry and the player with the next highest score from that Qualifying Tournament will receive the entry for the Final Tournament. In case of a tie for the 25th winner to earn an entry in the Final Tournament, a five (5) minute play-off will take place for all tied players for that position. The player that has the highest score at the end of the five-minute period will be declared the winner of the 25th position.
  12. In the event a tournament slot machine should malfunction during a session the player must notify a tournament official immediately. If another tournament slot machine is available during that session, the affected player will be given the opportunity to complete the session on that available slot machine, or if space is available in another round, re-play the session.
  13. The tournament schedule for the $250,000 Qualifying Tournaments at Green Valley Ranch Station, Texas Station and Palace Station is provided below. Tournament dates and any changes to this schedule will be posted at all properties:

  15. A player in the Qualifying Tournament may win only one (1) entry in the Final Tournament; however, he or she may still play in the other Qualifying Tournaments for cash prizes. The cash prize schedule for each Qualifying Tournament is as follows:

  17. In the event of tie scores in the Qualifying Tournaments, the tied players will total their places and split the prize money equally and the next highest score will win the next place prize. For example, if two (2) players tie for First Place, the First and Second place prizes will be totaled and divided equally between those players, and the next highest score will win the Third place prize. In the event of tied scores for the 100th Place, the tied players will split the prize money equally. For example, if the winning player who has placed 100th has the same score as the player who has placed 101st, the players will split the $500 prize money equally, each receiving $250. Winnings may be picked up after the Awards Ceremony at the Main Cashiers' Cage within 24 hours of posting tournament scores. Prize money not collected within said 24-hour period will be forfeited.
  18. The tournament schedule for the $1,000,000 Final Tournament at Red Rock Resort Spa Casino is provided below. Any changes to this schedule will be posted at all properties:

  23. Total cash prizes and gifts total over $2 million dollars including but is not limited to cash prizes for tournament winners and food, beverage and gifts at each event for each qualified player. Additional items may be added to the events.
  24. These rules or these tournaments may be modified or canceled by Management at any time in its sole discretion. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding on all players in these tournaments.
  25. Players must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, a Boarding Pass or Amigo Club member and present proper identification to be eligible for these tournaments.
  26. By participating in this promotion, players agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Management.
  27. Any and all applicable taxes required are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Social Security Number is required per IRS regulations for winnings equal to or greater than $100 (For more information, please refer to www.irs.gov).
  28. Team Members of Station Casinos, Inc. and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this tournament. Members of immediate households of Team Members in Marketing and Slot Departments are not eligible. Management reserves the right to exclude any individual from this tournament in its sole discretion.
