Property Specific Poker Room Rules will apply where applicable
The JACKPOT rake is the amount taken from every eligible poker game pot to fund the Bad Beat Jackpot is seperate from and in addition to the House rake. The Jackpot rake from every game will be 10 percent of the pot with a $1.00 maximum.
The JACKPOT rakes taken from each game pot will be placed in a drop box on the opposite side of the table from the house rake. The Jackpot Drop box will be collected and counted in a manner consistent with the internal control procedures of the Poker Room.
To qualify as a "Bad Beat" both the winning and losing hands must:
Be the player's best possible combination of five cards
Include both of the player's hole cards
If Ace's full both cards must be used; One must be an Ace.
If 4-Of-A-Kind two must be in your hand.
Pot must consist of a minimum of $10.00 to qualify for a Bad Beat Jackpot. JACKPOT and HOUSE rake is included in the total pot size.
Payment will be made in increments of $1.00. Odd amounts will be credited to the new primary level and the reserve will revert to the new primary level. All payments will be in gaming chips.
In the event of multiple qualifying hands the following will apply for the Bad Beat Jackpot. The best winning hand will win 100% of the share posted below and if applicable, the best losing hand will win 75% of the share posted below and the second best losing hand will win 25% of the designated share. Active participants will split the remaining pot.
Active participants are players who have met the minimum buy-in requirements, played at least one hand, and have not received a missed blind button.
When a Jumbo Bad Beat is announced all active participants playing Texas Hold-em in the room will qualify.
When a Bad Beat situation is announced there must be a minimum of four (4) active players at the table to qualify for a Bad Beat Jackpot.
Prior to the distribution of Bad Beat Jackpot money, Surveillance personnel will review the casino surveillance tape of the Bad Beat circumstances. Discussion of hands during the play by players, at the discretion of Management, may void a Bad Beat Jackpot.
Poker room employees are eligible to participate. When not on shift, full division of monies will be distributed. When on shift, distribution will be as follows:
If the employee has the qualified winning or losing hand his/her percentage will be added to the participants percentage and the total sum will be equally divided between the employee and participants. If the employee is one of the participants, the participant’s percentage will be split evenly as usual.
Proposition Players qualify for full division of monies, on or off shift.
Poker room employees acting as a shill are not eligible for any part of a Jackpot of any kind.
Reduced rake games are eligible for Jackpot as long as a Jackpot rake is being taken and all other Jackpot requirements are met.
All Players at the winning table will be required to show photo ID's in order to get paid. All other players will be required to produce proof of Social Security number to get paid.
$150,000 JUMBO Bad Beat Progressive
Jackpot awarded when four - 10’s or higher is beaten by a higher 4-Of-A-Kind or better.
Jackpot will be shared amongst all qualified hold’em players at all Station Casinos.
The winner and loser of the “Bad Beat” also receive a players share.
Losing hand receives $45,000. Winning hand receives $30,000 and all other active Hold-em players at all of Stations Properties split the remaining Jackpot evenly. Any money not claimed after 7 Days will be returned to the Progressive pool.
Every Tuesday the minimum hand will be lowered according to the following schedule.
Week 1: Four – 9’s beaten
Week 2: Four – 8’s beaten
Week 3: Four – 7’s beaten
Week 4: Four – 6’s beaten
Week 5: Four – 5’s beaten
Week 6: Four – 4’s beaten
Week 7: Four – 3’s beaten
This will continue to reduce until it is won
The Progressive will increase at the rate of not less than 5% of the total rake per day.
The Progressive Jackpot reset amount will be $150,000
The progressive will be increased daily at 12 noon
A player with a Bad Beat may only win one jackpot per hand. In the event the player qualifies to collect from more than one jackpot, the jackpot with the highest dollar amount will be the only jackpot paid out to the players.
$10,000 Property Bad Beat
Jackpot awarded when Aces Full of 10's or better is beaten by a 4-Of-A-Kind or better.
If Ace's full both cards must be used; one must be an Ace.
If 4-Of-A-Kind two must be in your hand.
Jackpot will be shared only at the property level amongst qualified players at that table.
The winner and loser of the "Bad Beat" also receive a players share.
Losing hand paid $3,500. Winning hand paid $2,000
All players at the table share the balance of the in room Jackpot.
Must be best 5 card hand.
$250 Royal Flush Bonus
Royal Flushes in qualified hands (must use 2 hole cards) will receivea cash Bonus of $250. This money will be taken out of the Jackpot rake.

The Property Progressive Bad Beat starts at $10,000. Must be 21 years of age or older.
