Boarding Pass

Offical Rules

  1. All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in the Boarding Pass Program.
  2. Photo identification, acceptable to Station Casinos, will be required for membership registration, point redemptions and for obtaining any information on a Boarding Pass account.
  3. Only Members listed on a Boarding Pass account may receive account information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to the Boarding Pass account.
  4. Boarding Pass Program cards, points, and awards are not transferable.
  5. Boarding Pass Program points are earned by Members in accordance with their gaming activity and vary depending on the model of gaming device played, or if applicable, select live games play. Station Casinos may revise the method for earning points at its discretion. The current schedule for earning points is available at each property’s Rewards Center.
  6. Points are redeemable for thirteen (13) months from the date they were earned and thereafter automatically expire and are unavailable for redemption. All points in an account that have not been redeemed will be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account for a period of thirteen (13) months. Station Casinos may change this criteria at its discretion.
  7. The Boarding Pass card must be inserted in the machine’s card reader to record play and earn points. Card bezel must be solid green to accurately record points. If the card reader displays “please re-insert,” the reader is no longer recording machine play. The card must then be removed and re-inserted to work properly.
  8. If available at a property, Members may earn points based on live game’s play such as live bingo, race and sports, and poker. Boarding Pass card must be presented to a supervisor prior to live game’s play or wager. Please visit each property’s promotions center for details and availability. Boarding Pass points are not awarded for casino pit games play; however, at the sole discretion of each property, comps may be issued. Boarding Pass card may be required for player tracking at casino pit games; please see each property’s casino pit games supervisor for details on its comp program, if available.
  9. Boarding Pass account discrepancies should be immediately reported to Station Casinos to be eligible for reconsideration.
  10. Each Member of a joint account will be issued an individual Boarding Pass Program card and number. However, all Members on a joint account may modify any joint account data. Visit the Rewards Center for additional joint account details.
  11. Any misuse of the card or improper play as determined by Station Casinos in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of all Boarding Pass account accumulated points, Station Bucks and Boarding Pass Vouchers and may result in the cancellation of Member(s) participation in Boarding Pass Program.
  12. Boarding Pass Members who have been issued credit by Station Casinos and are delinquent in re-payment of that credit, and/or Boarding Pass Members who have had a check(s) cashed at Station Casinos which has been returned for non-payment, shall have all their Boarding Pass account accumulated points, Station Bucks and Boarding Pass Vouchers, forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied to the satisfaction of Station Casinos in its sole discretion.
  13. Program points may be redeemed for Boarding Pass vouchers or Station Bucks. The number of points required to receive goods and services are delineated on the Boarding Pass Redemption Menu, which is available at the Rewards Center. One (1) Station Buck represents six-hundred (600) to one thousand (1000) Boarding Pass points redeemed. This ratio may be revised by Station Casinos at its discretion. Station Bucks may be used to acquire the equivalent dollar value in goods and services throughout the Station Casinos facilities. In addition, Station Bucks may be used to acquire Bingo Cards. Station Bucks may not be used for wagering in any other live game or gaming device.
  14. Boarding Pass Vouchers and Station Bucks have no cash value and United States currency/coin and casino chips/tokens will not be issued in lieu thereof.
  15. If applicable, expiration dates will be printed on Boarding Pass Vouchers or Station Bucks when issued.
  16. Boarding Pass Members should notify Station Casinos of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information on Boarding Pass Program offers, bonuses, party invitations or other Boarding Pass Program events.
  17. Station Casinos reserves the right to deny an application to participate in the Boarding Pass Program or revoke a Boarding Pass Member’s card at any time in its sole discretion.
  18. Participation in this promotion constitutes Boarding Pass Member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of the Boarding Pass Program and the decisions of Station Casinos.
  19. Any and all applicable taxes relating to the Boarding Pass Member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the Member.
  20. Station Casinos will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Official Rules and that decision shall be final and binding.
  21. Any Boarding Pass card, Boarding Pass voucher or Station Buck that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these Official Rules is automatically void. In addition, Station Casinos reserves the right to void any Boarding Pass card, Boarding Pass voucher or Station Buck at any time in its sole discretion.
  22. Station Casinos may introduce other promotions that operate in association with the Boarding Pass Program. All rules, conditions and procedures for these promotions will be detailed in the Official Rules of each specific associated promotion.
  23. Any rule or procedure relating to the Boarding Pass Program may be changed, modified or cancelled by Station Casinos at any time in its sole discretion.

    24. Boarding Pass Rewards Level Structure

  24. Based upon the number of Boarding Pass points earned during specific time periods, Members may also be eligible for additional awards as determined by the Boarding Pass Rewards Level Structure. Earning more points will qualify the Member to reach higher levels.
  25. Boarding Pass Rewards Level Structure point and time requirements will be available at each properties’ Rewards Center. Upon attaining a reward level a designated Boarding Pass card will be available to the Member. Current status levels are Preferred, Gold, Platinum and President.

  26. Boarding Pass point multiplier offers and other Boarding Pass point adjustment offers will not be counted towards the Boarding Pass Rewards Level Structure.
  27. Attaining a Boarding Pass Rewards Level provides additional Boarding Pass Program offers and benefits to the Member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Station Casinos at its discretion.   28. Offers and benefits can only be redeemed by presenting the applicable color-coded Boarding Pass Rewards Level Card along with identification acceptable by Station Casinos at time of redemption.

    29. 55+ Program

  29. Boarding Pass Members presenting identification acceptable by Station Casinos indicating their age to be 55 years or greater are eligible for the 55+ program.
  30. The 55+ program provides additional Boarding Pass offers and benefits to the Member. These offers and benefits may be modified, changed, added, deleted or cancelled by Station Casinos at its discretion.
