Country is served with a twist at the new Revolver Saloon & Dance Hall at Santa Fe Station

LAS VEGAS – February 5, 2010 – Santa Fe Station saddles up with its latest entertainment offering: Revolver Saloon & Dance Hall . Revolver offers a high-octane nightlife experience that blends country with the hottest rock ‘n’ roll, great libations, dancing, including line dancing earlier in the evening and mechanical bull riding for the locals of Las Vegas.

The 10,000-square-foot venue, was designed by noted interior architect Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces who introduces a new hillbilly chic motif that features the beauty of deadwood trees throughout the room, and a variety of 30-foot-wide murals and hundreds of smaller images the likes of John Wayne and Johnny Cash to hot women in chaps and not much else. There’s also the delightful addition of Delilah, the 180-pound mirrored armadillo disco ball hanging from the ceiling that will dance at the speed of the song playing as well as several plasma TVs throughout. Delilah joins the mechanical bull, giving rides nightly.

Revolver features two bar areas plus servers making the rounds throughout the venue, offering a variety of draft, domestic and imported beers as well as premium, specialty and ultra-premium drinks. Specialty “outlaw” cocktails include the “Beergarita,” a blend of beer and margarita that serves a surprisingly delicious taste and expected punch; the “Buck All Night” with Belvedere Vodka and Red Bull; and the “Reverse Cowboy” with Absolut Citron, amaretto, sour mix and Sierra Mist, among others. The saloon will also feature VIP service, which includes mini-keg table service featuring 100 ounces of beer and a Pabst Blue Ribbon in a brown paper bag. There are four VIP booths with seating for up to 40 people in the VIP area, but seating isn’t limited to VIPs only as there’s additional seating around tables surrounding the dance floor for anyone to enjoy.

Revolver Saloon & Dance Hall will be open every Wednesday through Saturday from 8 p.m. until the last man (or woman) is left standing – or until 3 a.m. Cover is $5 for women, $10 for men or $5 with military ID. Dress code is hillbilly chic or country casual and no athletic attire is permitted. Folks can ride the mechanical bull once for $5 or all-night-long for $20.

“Country and rock ‘n’ roll music has tremendous crossover and we want to cater to the crowd that loves both these genres of music,” said Director of Nightlife Chad Pallas. “It’s amazing when you realize how so many kinds of music have the same beat, so essentially you can line dance to a Black Eyed Peas song and that’s what we’re offering.”
