COCO'S BAKERY RESTAURANT EXPANDS PRESENCE IN SOUTHERN NEVADA WITH ARRIVAL OF FOUR LOCATIONS IN STATION CASINOS' PROPERTIES

(Las Vegas, Nev.)—Station Casinos announced today that it has expanded its partnership with Mancha Development Corporation to bring an additional four Coco's Bakery Restaurants to Station Casinos' properties including venues inside Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station. The popular 24-hour family dining restaurant made its Station Casinos debut in July with a successful opening inside Santa Fe Station and based on its immediate popularity with guests, the companies agreed to expand the relationship.

For more than 55 years, Coco's Bakery and Restaurant has been serving up hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner specialties, but is probably best known for its bakeries that feature fresh baked pies, cakes, cookies, muffins and breads baked fresh daily at each location. Coco's Bakery Restaurants will open at the four locations on or about: October 13 at Palace Station; October 27 at Boulder Station; November 10 at Sunset Station and December 1 at Texas Station. Coco's will be located in the spaces formerly occupied by the Grand Café restaurants.

"When we considered bringing Coco's into some of our casinos, we thought it would be a great fit with our existing dining offerings; but we wanted to gauge feedback from our guests at Santa Fe Station before we made a further commitment. Our guests made it clear from 'day one' that Coco's was a winner," Kevin Kelley, COO of Station Casinos said. "What's most important to our guests is having a quality meal and a diverse menu at a great value and that's at the core of the Coco's brand."

Coco's Bakery Restaurant menu is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and features breakfast special such as the signature Mega Breakfast, the Angus Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs and seasonal offerings, such as this summer's strawberry-themed breakfast specials. Lunch and dinner offerings include an array of soup and salads, Angus burgers and steaks, fish and seafood, pasta, sandwiches and a "Fit and Lively" menu featuring a variety of menu items under 500 calories.

Coco's Bakery Restaurant is owned and operated by Mancha Development Company that owns 29 Denny's locations, 44 Burger Kings and nine Coco's locations throughout Nevada and Southern California.
