Aliante Station Property Fact Sheet

Overview
Aliante Station Casino + Hotel is Station Casinos' next evolution of offering the premiere locals' entertainment destination to the residents of North Las Vegas and beyond. Aliante Station exudes the feel of a modern and inviting urban desert retreat, inspired by Scottsdale-modern architecture. Aliante Station's design is brimming with exquisite natural materials including stones, woods and metals that are melded together to create an inviting atmosphere that is simultaneously sophisticated and exciting, yet approachable and offers an incredible selection of gaming, dining and entertainment in a stunning setting.

Aliante Station sits on a 40-acre lot nestled within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas at 7300 Aliante Parkway and Clark County 215. Set to officially open on November 11, 2008, Aliante Station represents Station Casinos' 18th property in Southern Nevada. Aliante Station is a 50/50 partnership between subsidiaries of Station Casinos, Inc. and the Greenspun Corporation.

Team Members: More than 1,400 Station Casinos' team members and tenant partners will be on hand to ensure guests have a memorable and exceptional experience.

Convenience: There are seven entrances into Aliante Station including surface level parking and a parking garage offering valet service as well as two different entrances into the property.

Design
The overall design of Aliante Station is one of a timeless contemporary urban desert retreat, a place that embraces the surrounding environment's natural beauty and enhances it with the amenities guests have come to expect from Station Casinos. The building's exterior is comprised of sand-colored materials, including Jerusalem Stone accented with shades of brown, green and blue.

The property features the finest natural materials including stones, woods and metals. The modern architectural theme includes different cuts of Sand Beige stone from Indonesia, Jerusalem Gold stone from Israel and Inca Gold stone from Italy. Vibrant custom-colored orange and copper glass doors and custom-cast bronze door handles create a bold statement. Strong geometric shapes frame the entryways but are softened and surrounded with natural materials including Jerusalem Gold split face stone, oxidized iron panels, and copper trim.

Casino
Aliante Station's casino will feature all of the gaming amenities guests have come to expect and enjoy at a Station Casinos property including:

• More than 2,500 slot/video poker machines including 1,500 penny-based games (many of which are part of the multi-denomination slot machines)
• 40 table games including black jack, roulette, craps, pai gow poker, mini-baccarat, midi-baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold'em and three card poker
• 170-seat Race and Sports Book featuring three large screens that span 96 feet wide by 18 feet long as well as dozens of plasma TV's featured throughout the book.
• 12-table smoke-free poker room
• High-limit room

Hotel
The 202 hotel guest rooms and suites were designed to feature neat, tailored lines with a comfortable, rustic feel in uniform with the natural elements displayed throughout the resort. Hotel rooms range from nearly 400 square feet up to 1,400 square feet for a deluxe suite.

A separate hotel entrance allows guests to feel a personal sense of arrival.

Amongst the monochromatic color scheme of ebony and tones of chocolate, abstract artwork adds a color accent in each room. In European style, most furniture pieces connect and feature built-in light fixtures for a congruent wall-to-wall look. The highly functional bathrooms feature deep bathtubs, frosted glass adorned showers and custom-built vanities. Other room features include flat screen televisions, iPod docking stations, Internet connectivity and mini-bar access.

The nine suites reflect a more dramatic color palette of deeper hues and darker accents on the walls. Oil paintings with splashes of lime, hunter green and emerald contrasting with reds, burn orange and gold add more depth and richer, more dramatic tones to the overall color scheme.

Within the hotel, guests can stay fit in the 2,000 square foot fitness center offering 23 machines for a complete workout. In soaring desert temperatures, a cool dip in the pool is in order next followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub on cool Vegas nights. Sundecks, cabanas and snack bars cater to each pool visitor’s specific needs.

Dining Aliante Station offers six restaurants, a food court and for hotel guests, 24-hour room service, each offering tremendous value and quality. Dining options include an array of local Las Vegas favorites, national and regional restaurant brands and fine dining options to satisfy every taste bud and budget. Dining options tailored to the North Las Vegas community include the following:

• MRKT Sea & Land (pronounced market) is a Station Casinos-designed, owned and operated seafood and steakhouse that will offer one of the most comprehensive wine collections in North Las Vegas with an emphasis on value and a wine-by-the-glass program to introduce guests to an array of fine wines. Open nightly for dinner and offering a Sunday brunch.
• Pips Cucina & Wine Bar is the first restaurant concept created and owned by wine and epicurean connoisseur Rino Armeni, formerly of Southern Wine & Spirits. Pips will feature Gerald Chin as executive chef and combine Armeni’s homemade Italian recipes handed down from his grandmother together with many traditional Italian dishes presented in a modern interpretation. Open nightly for dinner.
• Feast Buffet is one of Southern Nevada's most popular buffets and a signature staple throughout many Station Casinos’ properties that features a variety of live cooking stations (including Asian, BBQ, Tex-Mex, American and Italian) of the freshest prepared food from around the world in a buffet environment. Open daily for lunch and dinner and brunch on Sunday.
• Camacho’s Cantina will bring one of Southern California’s popular family-owned and operated casual Mexican restaurants to North Las Vegas for its Nevada debut. The Camacho family, with roots in Sonora, Mexico, will offer traditional favorites such as fresh guacamole prepared tableside, fajitas, carnitas, mole, carne asada tacos, enchiladas, mariscos (Mexican seafood) and a variety of soups and salads. No Mexican restaurant is complete without a little tequila and Camacho’s will rise to the occasion with over 100 different premium tequilas. Open daily for dinner.
• T.G.I. Friday's®, one of the first American casual dining restaurant chains, has built a legacy of great food and drinks fused together with a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Long recognized for their wide selection of food and beverage offerings, guests can choose from a variety of appetizers including its signature loaded potato skins, burgers, salads, sandwiches and entrees such as the popular line of Jack Daniel's® Grill menu items. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
• The Original Pancake House has delighted breakfast goers across the nation for 55 years with an original menu featuring breakfast recipes using the very finest of ingredients. The menu features unique omelets first rolled in a skillet and then oven baked to create a light and moist egg experience, gourmet crepes with homemade sauces and syrups, more than 15 pancake dishes including the popular Apple Pancake, a single large pancake smothered with sautéed apples and cinnamon sugar baked to perfection and a variety of different waffles. • The FOOD COURT at Aliante Station offers six quick, affordable quality food outlets including:
• Dunkin' Donuts is the largest and one of the most popular coffee and baked goods chain in the world offering the highest quality hot coffee, bagels, donuts and other baked goods since 1950.
• Capriotti's Sandwich Shop will offer a variety of signature sandwiches made from homemade, fresh ingredients including traditional deli-style sandwiches and cheese-steaks or the always-popular specialty sandwiches, including the signature Bobbie® often compared to "Thanksgiving dinner on a roll."
• Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, a longtime local favorite, offers classic New York-style pizza, pastas and other fresh Italian fare.
• Panda Express offers a variety of Chinese dishes like Orange Chicken and exciting new creations like Beijing Beef all wokked fresh, hot and fast.
• Rubio's Mexican Grill features bold, Baja-inspired Mexican favorites such as made-to-order burritos, world famous fish tacos, chicken and beef tacos, quesadillas and salads.
• Johnny Rockets combines food and fun with a classic American diner-style menu with favorites like classic hand-pressed hamburgers, hand-dipped shakes and malts and fresh apple pie.
• Room Service featuring a diverse array of menu of options is offered 24 hours a day.

Entertainment
Access Showroom spans 13,500 square feet and is viewed as the new "crown jewel" of Station Casinos' concert/showroom venues. With an eclectic line-up of performers at affordable prices, guests can enjoy an intimate concert experience as every seat or lavish luxury booth (complete with bottle and table service) is no more than 75 feet away from the stage. The showroom seats more than 600 and features a lounge for intimate events and a daytime bar.

E.T.A. bar is the property's 5,000 square foot conveniently located center bar. The contemporary space features frosted fuchsia glass lining the walls of the bar as well as a built in DJ booth, inviting guests to rock out or chill out, creating a special place that stands out from the rest of the casino. In the perimeter around the center bar, E.T.A. is divided into semi-private dens flanked with Armani gray velvet drapes, making the bar the perfect venue for exclusive parties. In addition to the semi-private dens, seating is also available at the bar and along the interior perimeter of the venue. Whatever your mingling style, E.T.A. offers a myriad of options.

Regal Cinemas Aliante Stadium 16 and Arcade Center provides family-friendly entertainment options to all of Aliante Station's guests. At Regal Cinemas Aliante Stadium 16, you can catch all the latest blockbusters, and immerse yourself in the spectacular IMAX Experience. Each of the 16 theatres offers stadium seating with high back, reclining seats and digital surround sound featuring DTS and Dolby Digital. For gamers, the arcade boasts 24 of the latest video games, and a few classics, for those young at heart.

Meeting and Event Space
There's no better place in North Las Vegas to host a holiday happening than at Aliante Station. With 14,000 square feet of event and banquet space in nine ballrooms and 10 meeting rooms, Aliante Station can accommodate both large groups and intimate gatherings with ease. The team looks forward to hosting events of 10 to 1,000 guests.
