ALIANTE STATION REACHES MILESTONE NEVADA GAMING CONTROL BOARD APPROVES HOTEL-CASINO

(Carson City, Nev.)--Today executives from Station Casinos, Inc. and the Greenspun Corporation went before members of the Nevada Gaming Control Board in Carson City seeking approval for Aliante Station, the newest premiere locals' entertainment destination located in North Las Vegas. The Gaming Control Board unanimously recommended Station Casinos and the Greenspun Corporation be granted approval to own and operate Aliante Station. It will go before the Nevada Gaming Commission on October 23 for final licensing approval paving the way for the $662 million- Aliante Station to open on November 11.

The $662 million Aliante Station is conveniently located off Clark County's 215 at 7300 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas. It will offer 202 hotel guest rooms and suites; six restaurants and a food court to satisfy every taste bud and budget; 14,000 square feet of meeting, banquet and convention space; Regal Cinemas' 16-screen movie theatre; Access Showroom, a 600-plus-seat entertainment concert venue and an array of popular gaming choices including traditional table games, a poker room, state-of-the-art race and sports book and slot machines. Set to officially open at 11:11 p.m. on November 11, 2008, Aliante Station will represent Station Casinos' 11th hotel-casino and its 18th property in Southern Nevada.
