Santa Fe Station Tides Oyster Bar Opens July 13
“Shuck Your Own” Oysters at Tides

Las Vegas, Nev. – Shuck your own oysters at the Santa Fe Station Tides Oyster Bar, featuring the “Straight from the Ocean” – Oysters on the Half Shell, pan roasts and gumbo. Tides Oyster Bar is the only fresh seafood/oyster bar offering in the far Northwest Las Vegas area. The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 4 pm-10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11 am -11 pm and Sundays from 11 am – 9 pm.

It is the third Tides Oyster Bar for Station Casinos joining Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch. Tides chef is Mario Carrillo and general manager is Bobbi Cabuno.

The Tides Oyster Bar opening is part of Santa Fe Station’s $130 million expansion, which also includes The Salt Lick Bar B-Q restaurant, the Feast Buffet, the Turf Grill, a new race and sports book now featuring a five-screen, 114-foot video wall, additional slot/video poker machines, a high-limit slot area, 14-table poker room, more meeting space, and another parking garage.
