$250,000 IN PRIZES AWARDED IN THIRD $2 MILLION JUMBO SLOT CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT AT PALACE STATION

Final $1 Million Tournament to be Held in December at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa

Las Vegas, NV – The top prize of $100,000 in the third round of the Station Casinos $2 Million Jumbo Slot Championship was awarded Sunday, October 22nd, to a lucky Las Vegas local. The winner, along with the remaining top 25, also secured a spot in the final round and a chance to compete for the $500,000 top prize at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa in December. A total of $250,000 in cash prizes was awarded to the top 100 players on Sunday at Palace Station.

“When my heart stops racing I’ll tell you how exciting it is,” said Nancy Reilly, a Henderson resident and regular guest at Green Valley Ranch who took home the $50,000 prize for second place.

“The enthusiastic response we’ve gotten from our guests has been terrific,” said Staci Columbo, vice president of marketing and advertising. “The $2 Million Jumbo Slot Tournament has quickly become the Boarding Pass event of the year.”

Last weekend’s tournament was the third of pre-qualifier round leading up to the final tournament in December. Boarding Pass and Amigo Club members are eligible for all pre-qualifier events, with the top 25 winners at each receiving guaranteed spots at the final tournament. The Boarding Pass Guest Rewards Program has been voted “Best Players Club” seven years in a row by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Membership is free and rewards can be earned and redeemed at any Station Casinos property.
