Las Vegas, Nev.—Beginning November 1, Palace Station (2411 W. Sahara Avenue) will be the first Las Vegas casino to offer tableside food service in the Pit. A traditional tableside noodle menu will be available in “Pit 8,” the Asian gaming pit featuring mini-baccarat, Pai Gow Poker and Pai Gow Tiles. The menu will be available everyday from 6pm-midnight and all dishes will be complimentary for qualified Boarding Pass members. The menu items featured are: Special Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup; Wonton Noodle Soup; Roast Duck Noodle Soup; Seafood Noodle Soup; Beef Noodle Soup; Beef Chow Fun; Yang Chow Fried Rice; Singapore Pan Fried Rice Noodles; Chicken Congee; Mixed Beef Congee; Bee Bim Bop, a Korean dish featuring rice topped with meat, egg, vegetables and served with a spicy sauce.
“Casinos in Asia and card rooms in California provide this service on a regular basis,” said Rich Slack, vice president of Asian marketing for Station Casinos. “We are doing this to provide our Pit 8 guests the best service. They can have the food they enjoy without having to leave the table.”
Palace Station features 57 table games, including the most mini-baccarat, Pai Gow Poker and Pai Gow Tile games found off the Las Vegas Strip.
