Overview

Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa offers guests a myriad of options when it comes to dining, from authentic Italian to dry-aged Prime steaks to a gourmet buffet. The collection of nine restaurants and 23 bars offers excellent service, attention to detail and quality food for a great value. Whether looking for a quick snack or an elegant dinning experience, visitors to Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa are sure to find exactly what they need to please their palate.

Restaurants

T-bones Chophouse and Lounge is anupscale steakhouse, serving oversized dry- and wet-aged prime steaks, signature bone-in meats and fresh fish flown in daily. An extensive wine loft features more than 7,500 bottles. Cocktails can be enjoyed at the piano bar, on the outdoor patio or around the fire pit, overlooking the tranquil sandbar pool backyard area. Full bottle service also is offered on the patio. The interior dining room is furnished in rich red and brown tones with a cozy, clubby feel, complete with a suspended fireplace. T-bones is open for dinner from 5 to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, with extended patio service hours.

Terra Rossa Italian Restaurant offers authentic Italian foods such as homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, fresh fish and an extensive antipasto table. The dedicated wine room hosts an impressive collection of 1,500 bottles of premier Italian and California wines. From his post in the open kitchen, Chef Renato DiPirro, who hails from Tuscany, brings the authentic flavors and warmth of Italy to the romantic eatery. The intimate setting evokes the feeling of a rustic Tuscan villa and overlooks the outdoor water feature. Terra Rossa offers indoor and patio seating, as well as private dining rooms for special occasions. Terra Rossa is open nightly for dinner from 5 to 10 p.m.

Salt Lick BBQ brings Texas' world-famous BBQ restaurant, founded in 1969, to Las Vegas and serves up Southern classics such as ribs, brisket, turkey and its legendary cobbler. Dry-rubbed BBQ will be smoked on property, just as it is in Austin. In keeping with the Southern theme, the bar serves Texas microbrews and signature drinks. Set in a relaxed atmosphere, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, with views of the outdoor water feature. And, for those who want to take the spicy flavor home with them, Salt Lick BBQsauces and rubs are available for sale. Salt Lick BBQ is open for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Cabo Cantina features authentic Mexican Baja foods, salsas and margaritas in a casual and fun setting. Prepared by Chef Mario Valencia, more than 130 exciting menu options are available to diners at the cantina. A large bar features more than 40 varieties of tequila, specialty drinks, sangria, margaritas and mojitos by the pitcher, a bar menu and slots for those looking for a little entertainment with their meal. An open kitchen overlooks the vivid colors and traditional Mexican tile work that fill the ultra-modern space, which includes an enclosed patio. Hand-sewn fabrics and rich brown woods also are featured in the restaurant. Cabo Cantina is open for dinner from 4 to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 4 to 11 p.m., Friday and Sunday, and for lunch on the weekends from 11 a.m. The bar remains open until midnight on weekdays and 2 a.m. on weekends.

Tides Oyster Bar celebrates the spirit of New Orleans for lunch and dinner daily, with pan roasts, gumbos, Po' Boys and an extensive raw oyster bar. The sleek space also offers a full bar. Tides is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.

Turf Grill brings back classicblue plate specials and comfort foods. The cozy diner features counter service and a full carry-out menu. The restaurant is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

Grand Café is a dramatic departure from a traditional coffee shop. This 24-hour casual American bistro serves a variety of fun appetizers, burgers, pizzas, salads and entrées, as well as all-day breakfast. In addition, the café features a coffee and dessert bar. Fresh-baked pastries and artisan breads also are available for dining in or to carry out.

Feast Buffet is sure to be a favorite among guests, with freshly prepared food offerings in a live-action cooking environment with flavors from around the world, including Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, BBQ, American and Italian specialties; an extensive soup and salad bar; and a dessert selection, that includes homemade gelato and ice creams. Tastefully decorated with stonework, Venetian plaster and water features, the buffet can seat up to 600 people and encourages guests to relax in a comfortable, residential-like setting. Breakfast is served 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays. In addition, brunch is served from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends.

Food Court provides seven additional offerings from well-recognized outlets, including Fatburger, Panda Express, Capriotti's, Villa Pizza, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and Rubio's Mexican Grill.

Sandbar Poolside Café features a variety of fun foods and cocktails, including appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and tossed salads for pool-goers to enjoy. Complimentary refreshers, such as popsicles, frozen grapes and misters, will be passed poolside.

In-room Dining

Guests who enjoy dining in the privacy of their rooms can take advantage of the in-room dining services, offered 24 hours a day. Friendly team members will help fulfill any craving, from breakfast favorites (served all day) to aged prime meats to special request items that do not appear on the menu.
