Nation's Premier Outdoor Retailer to Open 2nd Store in Nevada as Part of Station Casinos' Project

Reno, Nev. - December 21 , 2005 -Bass Pro Shops, America's premier outdoor retailer, and Station Casinos, Inc. (NYSE: STN--"Station") signed a letter of intent and announced plans today to open a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World superstore in Reno, Nevada in conjunction with Station's proposed resort hotel and casino to be located at Mt. Rose Highway and I-395.

Bass Pro Shops' unique, award-winning, mega size outdoor stores are known for combining retail with entertainment, conservation and outdoor education. Its 33 retail stores across America attract over 78 million people annually.

Starting with just eight feet of retail space in a small store in Springfield, Missouri back in 1971, Bass Pro Shops began by offering a selection of the latest gear from the fledgling bass tournament fishing trail. Bass Pro Shops stores are much more than just a retail store.
